Overview

In July of 2023, Dignitas approached us to identify their shortcomings on the Fortnite dedicated YouTube channel.


With the expansion of unreal editor within the Fortnite client, Dignitas among other organisations and creators were keen to capitalise on a new oppurtunity for massive monetary gain and expansion within the niche, and they wanted to make sure they were best positioned to make the most of it.

The Project

BRoll Media put together two different resources that would first identify where the existing operation had found sticking points, in both the production phase, and then in the analytics phase. Teaching the team how to better structure their videos for retention, how to more effecitvely put together hooks, etc.


The second document would outline the exact creative direction Dignitas should implore moving forward to best position themselves within the overall Fortnite niche, skewing away from the competitive gaming focus and allowing their content to be more broadly appealing to the wider casual demographic.
